With the adjustments to Active Skills, Autosofts[1] need to change too. With a few exceptions, Autosofts cover an entire group from the Skill Chart. They provide the drone every skill in the group equal to the Autosoft's Rating. Drones are still limited to a number of onboard Autosofts equal to half their Device Rating, rounded up, and can not benefit from an Autosoft Rating higher than their Pilot Rating

Cost and Availability are as per Shadowrun Fifth Edition Core Rulebook (p. 442), but some autosofts are restricted or forbidden:

  • Restricted — Close Combat, Firearms, Projectile Weapons, Stealth
  • Forbidden — Military Science

There is no autosoft for the Prowess group, as drones use Driving Tests for related tasks. There are also no autosofts for any Social, Magical, Resonance Skills.
