Sensory Array
Unless specified during purchase, a vehicle sensor array[1] includes the following:
- Atmosphere Sensor
- Camera × 2 — One front-facing, one rear-facing.
- Laser Range Finder — Front-facing, as part of the automatic cruise control.
- Motion Sensor × 2 — One front-facing, one-rear facing, as part of the collision avoidance system.
- Omnidirectional Microphone
- Ultrasound — Front-facing, another part of the collision avoidance system.
Any component that has a rating uses the rating of the sensor array itself.
Drones must specify which sensors they include.
