As far as the shadowcommunity knows, Dr. Durand is a 100% legitimate doctor. She volunteers at Meridian South, a free-care clinic near Frontier Park in Puyallup, not far from the Barrens proper. They also know that the practice is mostly funded on donations, and she doesn't seem to consider runners' money to any more or less green than other contributions.
