Justice Hope (née Brown) is the wife of a Seattle Metroplex Guard officer and mother of three — a troll, a human, and an elf. She is the downstairs neighbor of Daniel Horgan and a source of low-level gossip of goings on in the Fort Lewis area. She is completely ignorant of his status as a shadowrunner; she believes he is a disabled veteran.
