The SCIRE was constructed as a series of blocks, each 50 m (160 ft) on a side. In the base on which the pyramid rests and all interior sectors, these structural blocks are perfectly cubical in shape. The outer most blocks of each floor starting at Level 31 vary in size, with the tapered sides creating the shape of the arcology.
