The Blue Flame Tavern is a dingy bar run by a toothless old Asian man who is simply referred to as The Chinaman. It's located in a strip mall off Rt. 67 where Tacoma, Puyallup, and Auburn meet. It's generally populated by lower-tier runners, either those on their way up or those who are rusting out.
Personalities
Rook, Tak, Shiranui, and Zosimos represent the cream of this particular crop. While they've been tapped by higher profile Johnsons recently, they still come here out of tradition.
Another common face is Precious, quite popular because she's pretty and her pockets purchase plenty of alcohol.
