Geneviève Bunker is the older sister of David Bunker, the current husband of Garbo's ex-wife, Emily. She is one of the earliest orks naturally born in the Seattle Metroplex, undergoing Goblinization in vitro at 22 weeks, and being born slightly premature 14 weeks later.
In S01E09 – Success Requires Sacrifice, she revealed she suffered from bipolar disorder and needed daily medication to function, medication that she had been rationing but was now out of.
