Director Ushida is a superlative administrator. He was assigned to the SCIRE when it was getting behind in production in its construction and brought things up to speed. He generally gives off a grandfatherly vibe, right up until the point where he is certain a person is responsible for their own failures - then it's off-with-their-head.
