Плащ — romanized as Plashch, pronounced something like "blesh", and roughly translating as "rain coat" — calls himself "a purveyor of fine imported paper". In other words, he specializes in forging documents. Always seen in his namesake coat (though he has a variety of them), he always meets his clients in dark alleys and speaks in hushed tones, just like the classic spy films of the late 20th century.
