The Blue Flame Tavern is a dingy bar run by a toothless old Asian man who is simply referred to as The Chinaman. It's located in a strip mall off Rt. 67 where Tacoma, Puyallup, and Auburn meet. It's generally populated by lower-tier runners, either those on their way up or those who are rusting out.
Personalities
Rook; Shiranui; Tak; Zosimos are regulars here, representing the cream of this particular crop. While they've been tapped by higher profile Johnsons recently, they still come here out of tradition.
