Shiranui gets a call from Kane for an infiltration job. She's told to ask for Dixie informs the rest of her team and , Palace of China in Tacoma, they will ask for Dixie. Palace of China is a trendy nightclub done up in medieval Chinese theme. The area is neutral ground of sorts between Mafia and Yakuza, there is a free spirit that calls the place home that likes to take form of a Fu dog.
Dixie is a Johnson for Shiawase but unsure which part, as far as Tak knows from the Shadow Community. Palace of China, large circle building, red lacquered wood (At least visually), green cone roof, gold Chinese dragons twisting around it. The eyes could be some sort of gem, Rubies or Emeralds. Parkinglot is a mix of cars.
