Shirayuri has a bad response to her bottle of Eye Drops. Shirayuri swaps her bottle and tries a different bottle of drops. Second bottle also does not work. She can not use the blue stuff. Liam and Shirayuri switch roles.
Vast majority of people walking the hallways look just like us, Whites occasionally with 1-3 greens, older ones alone but younger with 4 Blues. Not as many people as expect like on mall level but there is some services. Everyone has glowing eyes up here. No one seems to care about us. Having guards puts you higher up the pecking order, people give us a wider berth. Elevator works for us.

Seems like a normal Hospital, almost disturbingly so. Any arm exposed we see it has at least one band. Garbo and twins eyes need to be cleansed and then reapplied. We find an exam room to put them in so they can rest for a few hours. Security is very lax here, couple of points to slip in a door behind someone because no passkeys.
How fast is the conversion process for the population?
As of February 2060, approximately 20,000 people have been converted. Relatively few additional conversions are taking place on a daily basis.
What are the parameters of who gets converted and who does not?
Whites are exclusively children and young adults, under the age of 20. They all demonstrate technical aptitude (in other words, geeks and nerds). None are Awakened.
Greens are all adults with technical or administrative skills.
Blues are all adults with security or combat skills.
What is the significance of the tattooed black bands?
The bands represent the person's rank with in the hierarchy.
For greens and blues, it's simple rank-based authority - supervisors have more bands than underlings.
For whites, it represents the number of encounters they have had with the Deep Resonance, something they can seek out by choice.

Elevator car catches Fräulein's coat and it has to get cut off her, Nian also gets hit but she is fine.
Just about 50 meters from outside wall of SCIRE when we get into floor 259. It is a garden area, floor is taller than other floors and garden is in good shape. Looking upwards we can see sky. Roof 6 and a half or see meters above, but it looks like open sky. There is a flower garden, near edge of SCIRE probably as we go further in scent fades. Moving closer to middle, there is a wall that looks like from a historical Japanese village.
The door creaks as we go through, no one seems to notice though or come check. One of the nearby houses we use motion detector to find that there is one person inside sleeping. Using the endoscope, there is a man in pajamas sleeping inside. There is inside one building golf carts to get around. There is guards, blue eyed guarding the central manor.
The Manor seems to be a fully secured facility, cameras, maybe motion sensors and other modern defenses. Front and back Doors, two guards each, and one on patrol.
The building is wrapped in a Force 8 Ward.

Group will be going in through a window, probably on second story.
Fräulein using laser microphone finds windows, lots of windows, no sounds inside. We are going to use rope, Shirayuri jumping over with it to tie it on one end, and Liam on other so Liam and Garbo and climb over. They both make it, with some challenge. Inside a room on 3rd floor, there is a woman, well a doll, on a bed. It is warm, like a person.
Assensing: Appears to be healthy, Asleep, Mundane, 4.58 Essence, Beta Ware in head and chest. No breathing, no heart, no astral signatures, no diseases or maladies.
